Not form fitting

I followed sizing guidelines, but the fit is not good at all. It is way too large around the stomach and waist, causing the jacket to catch and hold water when you get out of pool etc. and looks like a water balloon. It is also wayyyy too tight around the hips like they got the measurements backwards. not comfortable to wear in the water since it gets inside the jacket and stays there. I emailed with my concerns and no one has gotten back to me, not pleased with their customer service either.

Customer Service is Lacking

The wetsuit jacket was fine but XL for women is too small for anyone with a chest. Order the men's would be my advice. I returned this for a refund over two weeks ago and have still yet to receive the refund. So that means I will not be ordering from them ever again. Returns/refunds are not easy enough and a little communication goes a long way.

Too Small!

Quality and design look good, but inches too small in the entire body, to the point where I didn't try ordering the next size up, which is the largest size offered.

I will never be without my Tuga wetsuit jacket.

I have been wearing my Tuga wetsuit jacket for about three years. After returning several others because they didn't fit properly, I happily and luckily bought the Tuga wetsuit jacket. The fit is great and it keeps me nice and warm in the pool in the winter months. I just bought a second one so I will always have one on hand. And although the store no longer carries this product, I was able to order one through the company.
