So much easier than constant sunscreen! Not only does it seem stylish (to me anyway), but it covers a lot of skin which makes putting on sunscreen for long and repeated sun exposure so much easier.
No more floppy brims! I bought this for my daughter (five), and another in purple for my younger daughter (three). They are great for both of them. Very wide brim for keeping the sun COMPLETELY off the face.
Great kids rashie! The nylon is superior in feel and holds up better against the elements. Rinse the saltwater and sand out and this shirt will last. The kids like the design of the shirts too, but I appreciate the quality.
NYC is the place to be
Bought this for my Maltese for our vacation in Puerto Rico. Happy to report that my dog did not burn in the hot sun and looked adorable the whole time.
This we’re the perfect upf leggins for a extreme hot sunny weather, they fit perfect , dry super quick and still look good on you!,,I really really recommend it!!!
Its really pretty, the purple matches the Tuga hat we got in the purple color. Without this she was very unconvinced about the idea of wearing a rashguard but now is totally happy to do so.

IT STARTED WITH OUR KIDS
In 2001, we wanted a better way to protect our 4 fair-skinned kids from harmful UV rays. Sun protection beach clothing was basically non-existent in the U.S. Back then, we were buying swimwear from Australia, but our kids didn't like wearing it because it was uncomfortable and not fashionable.
Then a light bulb went off! Tuga (pronounced "too-ga") was born. We decided that starting our own line of sun protection swimsuits that our kids would want to wear would be ideal. We're still family owned and operated with no investors telling us how to run our business. We love to design colorful, fashionable, and super comfy beachwear for everyone in the family.
We'd like to think that we're doing a small part in educating about smart sun protection habits. More people are diagnosed with skin cancer each year in the U.S. than all other cancers combined. On average, a person’s risk for melanoma doubles if they have had more than five sunburns. And at least one in five Americans will develop skin cancer by the age of 70.
Go have fun, Tuga's got you covered!
